Kaya Marketplace exists because African trade is full of energy and ambition, but the infrastructure connecting buyers, sellers, and logistics is still too fragmented. We are building a B2B trading ecosystem that makes wholesale commerce simpler, more trusted, and more scalable, starting in Ghana.
Why Kaya exists
Across Ghana and Sub-Saharan Africa, millions of MSMEs keep communities running. Retailers restock daily. Wholesalers move volume. Drivers move goods across cities and regions.
But the system is still held together by manual coordination:
- Sourcing is relationship-based, not system-based
- Ordering is fragmented across calls and messages
- Delivery is inconsistent and hard to track
- Trust is informal, which limits growth
Kaya is building the missing infrastructure layer: a platform that connects retailers, wholesalers, and drivers end-to-end so trade can move faster, with less friction.
